The Heart Behind the Work

About Us

One shared conviction: women deserve more than just surviving.

Our Origin

Why we started
Restore

As therapists, we saw it again and again in weekly sessions — healing is often slow, and the gains made on a Tuesday can feel miles away by the following week. We knew there had to be a way to create deeper, faster, and more lasting change — one that combined the power of clinical therapy with the undeniable healing that happens in community.

So we built Restore. Not a spa weekend. Not a self-help seminar. A carefully designed, therapist-led experience where women can finally slow down, go inward, and come back to themselves. Together, we bring diverse clinical specialties and a shared belief: that healing is not a luxury — it's a return to who you truly are.

Therapist-Led

Our retreats are led by practicing, licensed therapists — not coaches or wellness facilitators. You get real, evidence-based therapeutic care, complemented by skilled wellness professionals who support the experience.

Trauma-Informed

Our therapists are each trained in trauma modalities including EMDR/ART, IFS, somatic therapy, and more — equipped to hold the full weight of your story.

Collective Expertise

Together we span over a decade of clinical experience working with women, couples, families, and teens across the spectrum of healing.

Community + Clinical

We uniquely blend the precision of clinical therapy with the profound power of group healing — because both matter.

Anna Anguiano Smith

LCSW

Anna knows what it feels like to spend a life becoming deeply attuned to everyone else — reading the room, anticipating emotions, keeping the peace, and doing what needed to be done. For a long time, that looked like strength. But eventually, the constant holding, fixing, and surviving became too heavy to carry. When life became loud and overwhelming, Anna's healing journey began in a deeper way — not through doing more, but through learning to listen. She began reconnecting with the wisdom of her body, the quiet truth beneath the logic, responsibility, and constant motion. She learned to slow down, to feel, to be still, and to remember the parts of herself that had been waiting beneath the survival. As a therapist, Anna brings a calm, compassionate, and deeply grounding presence to her work. She believes many women lose touch with their own needs, desires, and emotions while caring for everyone else. Her passion is helping women gently come back to themselves — not by becoming someone new, but by remembering who they have always been. At Restore, Anna helps create space for women to breathe, listen inward, reconnect with their bodies, and rediscover the strength and beauty already within them. She believes healing is not meant to be rushed or done alone. It happens in safe spaces, in honest moments, in connection, and in the brave decision to come home to yourself. Anna is here because she believes every woman has the capacity to build a beautiful life — one rooted in presence, self-trust, connection, and restoration.

"I love helping relationships — including the one with yourself."

Amanda Heaton

LMFT

Nature is Amanda's happy place, and she fully believes that duct tape and ice cream can fix most things. For the things they can't, Restore was created. Amanda knows what it feels like to move through heartbreak, exhaustion, and seasons where feeling whole again seems impossible. She has walked her own path through pain and healing, learning that restoration does not always happen in perfect, peaceful moments. Sometimes it happens while laughing again for the first time, taking one brave step forward, breathing deeply in the mountains, or remembering that a beautiful life is still possible. As a therapist, Amanda brings warmth, honesty, humor, and deep compassion to the healing process. She believes women are not meant to heal alone, and that with the right support, they can reconnect with themselves, their strength, and their sense of purpose. Amanda is also wildly adventurous. She recently bungee jumped off a 400-foot cliff, is an avid rock climber, and loves running outdoors. She understands that healing often asks us to do brave things — not all at once, and not without fear, but with support, courage, and a guide beside us. At Restore, Amanda hopes to offer the kind of guidance she once needed herself: a space where women can breathe, feel, laugh, grieve, reconnect, and begin creating a life that feels beautiful again.

Natasha Griffiths

MSW-I

Natasha is passionate about helping women reconnect with who they are, understand what matters most to them, and rediscover a sense of purpose beneath the demands, expectations, and survival patterns of everyday life. She knows resilience firsthand. Life has asked her more than once to adapt, rebuild, and keep moving forward when the path looked very different than she expected. Those experiences have shaped the way she supports others—with honesty, compassion, humor, and a deep respect for how hard it can be to find yourself again after years of simply doing what needed to be done. Natasha believes identity is not something we have to invent from scratch. Often, it is something we uncover by slowing down, listening inward, and making space for the parts of ourselves that have been pushed aside. Her work focuses on helping women explore their values, stories, strengths, grief, desires, and the experiences that have shaped them so they can move toward a life that feels meaningful and truly their own. Nature is one of the places Natasha feels most grounded and most herself. She loves mountain biking, hiking, and every form of camping—from comfortable weekends outdoors to adventures that require a little more grit. She believes the natural world gives us permission to slow down, breathe more deeply, and remember that growth does not always happen quickly or in a straight line. At Restore, Natasha helps create experiences that feel safe, meaningful, honest, and a little adventurous. She wants women to feel seen without being judged, supported without being pressured, and encouraged to explore who they are becoming. Natasha believes healing can be deep without always being heavy. Sometimes it looks like tears around a campfire. Sometimes it looks like laughter, movement, quiet reflection, or finally naming something you have carried for years. Restore exists to make room for all of it—and to remind women that they do not have to find their way alone.
