Whatever it was — we're glad you're here. Restore Retreats exists for women who are ready to stop surviving and start healing. Led by licensed clinicians, held in community, grounded in evidence.
"Healing is the process — often lifelong — of restoring and reawakening the capacities for safety, belonging, and dignity on the other side of trauma... Most of the time, mainstream healing and wellness put the pressure on the individual to heal, when, really, it's about fitting into a society that may itself be the source of the trauma."

You're Not Alone
You take care of everyone but yourself.
You say yes to keep the peace, even when you're hurting inside.
You look like you've got it all together, but you're unraveling behind closed doors.
You stay busy to avoid the pain — because slowing down feels dangerous.
You can't trust your gut. Decisions feel like landmines.
Deep down, you question if you're even lovable.
"You're not broken. You're protected. But those protections may now be keeping you from the life you truly want."

"Healing is not a luxury. It's a return to yourself."
— Restore Retreats
What Sets Us Apart
Most retreats are led by coaches or wellness practitioners. At Restore, our retreats are led by clinically licensed, trauma-informed therapists — each holding their own licensure and specialty, and trained to hold the full weight of your story with precision, safety, and care. Our broader support team may also include yoga instructors, bodywork practitioners, sound bath facilitators, and other wellness professionals who complement the therapeutic work.
Our team brings diverse clinical backgrounds together under one shared commitment: creating a space where real, lasting healing can happen. That means you can go deeper, process more, and leave with real shifts — not just inspiration that fades by Monday morning.
Clinically Licensed
Every retreat is led by a licensed clinician — not a life coach or wellness facilitator.
Trauma-Informed
Our guides are trained in evidence-based trauma modalities including ART, IFS parts work, and somatic therapy.
Therapeutically Safe
With a clinician at the helm, you can go deeper knowing your nervous system is fully held and protected.
Community + Clinical
We uniquely blend the power of group healing with the precision of clinical therapy — you get both.
10+ Years Experience
Our therapists bring over a decade of experience in women's healing, recovery, and trauma treatment.
Beyond a Spa Weekend
This isn't wellness tourism. It's a carefully crafted clinical experience designed to create real, lasting change.
Real Women, Real Healing

"It's bonding, powerful, and healing and so worth it. Healing comes when women are together. We are meant to connect and share our lives, trauma, grief, and relationships with each other. We aren't alone in any of it. That's what the retreat gave me."
