By accessing or using Restore Retreats' website, programs, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Restore Retreats offers therapeutic retreats, customized therapy intensives, and experiential therapy events. All services are provided by licensed mental health professionals. Our offerings are intended for personal growth and therapeutic support and are not a substitute for ongoing mental health treatment or emergency care.
Participation in our programs requires completion of an intake process to ensure suitability and safety. We reserve the right to decline participation if, in our professional judgment, a program is not appropriate for a prospective participant at a given time.
All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit. Your deposit secures your spot and is applied toward the total retreat cost. All deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance is automatically charged to the same payment method used for your deposit three (3) weeks before the retreat start date. By submitting your deposit, you authorize Restore Retreats to automatically charge the remaining balance on or around that date. If the retreat start date is less than three weeks away at the time of booking, the full amount (deposit plus remaining balance) will be charged at checkout. For retreats where pricing has not yet been announced, only the deposit is charged and the balance will be invoiced separately. Pricing is subject to change without notice for future bookings.
All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation terms for the remaining balance vary by program type and are detailed in your booking agreement. In general, for the remaining balance: cancellations made more than 60 days before a program receive a 70% refund; cancellations made 31–60 days before a program receive a 50% refund; cancellations within 30 days of a program are non-refundable (the full remaining balance is owed) unless the spot is filled by another participant. Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. Because much of the cost becomes non-refundable as the retreat approaches, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for multi-day programs — it can reimburse you for non-refundable costs if you need to cancel for a covered reason such as illness or a family emergency. All personal information shared during intake, sessions, and programs is held in strict confidence in accordance with applicable professional ethics codes and privacy laws. Group retreat participants are expected to honour the confidentiality of other participants' disclosures.
Participants are responsible for disclosing any physical or mental health conditions that may be relevant to their participation. Restore Retreats is not liable for adverse outcomes resulting from undisclosed health conditions. Some activities may have physical requirements; alternative accommodations will be made wherever possible.
Restore Retreats and its therapists shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant for the specific program in question.
All content on this website — including text, images, and program materials — is the intellectual property of Restore Retreats and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
